The first swim of the holiday, when the water is colder than you expected and the lemons on the lunch table are already sweating in the sun.
Lemon, lime and bergamot open it sharp, with lavender and thyme keeping it herbal. Then it softens: apple, blackcurrant, coconut, orange blossom and jasmine. The base is long and goes from green to warm — cut grass, maté, oakmoss and cedar first, then tonka, vanilla, amber and ambergris.
