The light one. If the original Delina is too much — and in a Johannesburg summer, for a lot of people, it is — this is the same idea with the sugar turned down.
Lychee and pear open it juicy, with pink pepper adding a dry crackle. The rose in the heart is watery rather than jammy, sat next to peony, and the whole thing stays transparent instead of thickening. White musk and Haitian vetiver underneath.
Quentin Bisch composed all the Delinas. This is the one built for heat.
