A Christmas cake that's been fed rum for a week too long, and the bottle that did the feeding.
Lorenzo Pazzaglia stacks his vanillas — Bourbon, Madagascar, Tahitian and Mohea — with tonka and rum at the top. Island vanilla, white flowers, caramel and patchouli make the middle. The base is oud, Indonesian patchouli, barrel-aged rum and black vanilla pod.
