Not swimming-pool water or ocean water. Mountain water—so cold that holding your hands beneath it for too long starts to ache.

Bergamot provides the brightness, but blackcurrant gives it something sharper and darker. There is a green quality to it too, as though the water has run over leaves and stone before reaching you.
