Sap boiling in a sugar shack at the end of winter, wet timber, and cocoa dust left on your fingers.
This is being at a beaver dam in early spring: water lily and carrot at the start, maple syrup and cedar in the middle, then castoreum, cocoa shell and vanilla. Odd on paper, warmer than it sounds.
