Maison Francis Kurkdjian — Gentle Fluidity Gold (5 ml brand original miniature)
The warm half of a two-part experiment. Kurkdjian built Gold and Silver from an identical list of materials and let the proportions do all the work — same notes, two fragrances.
Gold is the vanilla one. Juniper and nutmeg give it a dry, almost gin-like opening. Coriander bridges the middle. Then vanilla, caramel and amberwood take over and stay warm for hours, with musk holding it against the skin.
Knowing Silver exists changes how you smell this. Worth trying both eventually.
