A beer note. An actual beer note, and it works.
Chamomile and clove open it herbal and warm. Then hay and ale come through the middle — yeasty, golden, faintly sweet, the smell of a barn at the end of harvest. Davana and rose oil sit underneath doing something jammy.
Vanilla, Peru balsam and cedar finish it soft. Zoologist's most approachable release, and the one that made regulars nervous the house was going mainstream.
