AKRO — Awake
Coffee, made as a fragrance rather than as a dessert.
Santos coffee is the note doing the work. Green cardamom lifts it the way cardamom actually does in a cup. Haitian vetiver underneath keeps it dry and a bit earthy, and stops the whole thing sliding into mocha.
Reviewers split on whether there is milk in it — some read a flat black coffee with a squeeze of lemon. That disagreement is worth 2ml of your money to settle.
From Olivier Cresp's addictions series. Genuine coffee fragrances that aren't sugar-loaded are rarer than you'd expect.
